Return Policy

We offer returns for damaged products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be damaged.
• You must provide a video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the damaged product and its original packaging.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and with tags.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the damage
• The parcel opening video
• Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Once your return request is approved, the delivery guy will come and pick it up from you, and there are no extra charges for this service.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
